donald l. grose

Donald L. Grose is the principal of D.L. Grose + Associates that specializes in energy-efficient and sustainable residential design, consulting and construction management.  Donald has been designing and building high-performance homes and additions for more than 40 years, with experience in residential building design, construction, land use planning and development. He has designed and constructed more than 60 energy-efficient, high-performance single-family homes in the United States and Internationally, as well as award-winning remodeling and renovation projects, law offices, retail stores, and health care facilities. Donald is a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional and is certified as a Green Globes ProfessionalTM. He’s a member of the US Green Building Council, the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, and the International Living Future Institute, and is an adjunct faculty member of Boston Architectural College, where he teaches a course in Green Residential Remodeling and Renovation.
