Auburndale Builders is renovating a 200 year-old Barn into a Passive House certified, workshop and training space for Studio HPDC. We’ll be using both the renovation process and the completed education space as learning tools that make visible all of elements of high-performance construction.

Join us on May 15 from 1pm - 3pm to see the Barn, up close and in glorious detail. We’ll share the choices and challenges in demo-ing, framing, creating the foundation, laying the floor and more.
